1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product, but small-batch orders are also welcome.
2. What type of packaging is used for the products?
Professional retail packaging is typically provided. Standard simple packaging consists of plastic bags and cardboard boxes. Custom packaging is available upon reaching specific minimum order quantities.
3. What are the payment terms?
We typically use wire transfer (T/T): 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% paid before shipment. For other inquiries, please contact us for further discussion.
4. Can you produce items based on our designs or add our brand logo?
This is possible if the minimum order quantity requirement is met. We support custom logos and color schemes.
5. What is the sample lead time?
Existing style samples require 7–15 days; Newly developed samples require 10–30 days.
6. How do you ensure product quality?
Pre-production samples are provided before mass production;
Final inspections are conducted before shipment.
7. How can I obtain product costs and shipping rates without submitting an online order?
We can provide an electronic spreadsheet with product images and cost breakdowns. We have agreements with multiple courier and logistics companies for preferential shipping rates. Please contact our sales team to request a quotation.
