2. What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product, but small-batch orders are also welcome.
3. What type of packaging is used for the products?
Professional retail packaging is typically provided. Standard simple packaging consists of plastic bags and cardboard boxes. Custom packaging is available upon reaching specific minimum order quantities.
4. What are the payment terms?
We typically use wire transfer (T/T): 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% paid before shipment. For other inquiries, please contact us for further discussion.
5. Can you produce items based on our designs or add our brand logo?
This is possible if the minimum order quantity requirement is met. We support custom logos and color schemes.
